RETURNS & REFUNDS

Each AOMÉ piece is hand-finished and shipped internationally from our studio. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently — please read carefully.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

As our pieces travel a long way to reach you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply for change of mind, or if you no longer want the item. Please review your order carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions before you buy — we're always happy to help.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at AOME.Gallery@baichuanart.cn, including a photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund — you will not need to ship the item back.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

REFUNDS (for approved damage/defect claims)

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or PayPal may need additional time to process and post the refund.
