Every AOMÉ piece is carefully packed and shipped from our studio. Because each order travels internationally, please allow time for your piece to reach you.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

United States
· Standard — $8 (free over $70) · 5–8 business days
· Express — $15 (free over $100) · 3–5 business days

Canada & Australia
· Standard — $10 (free over $70) · 6–10 business days
· Express — $20 (free over $100) · 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Please note that international transit may occasionally be affected by customs or local postal delays beyond our control.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties or taxes once it reaches your country, which are determined by your local customs authority. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow your piece on its journey.
